Porsche Classic Making Vintage 911 Dashboards

Unquestionably, the most iconic model for Porsche is the 911. The car has been around for more than 50 years, and is a classic by any definition of the word. That means there are scads of old 911 cars out there and a bunch of fans who might want to restore these old relics.

Anyone who has ever resorted an old car can tell you that it can be very difficult to find parts for some cars. Porsche Classic is making it easier for people restoring classic air-cooled 911 models to finish the interior of their rides.

Porsche Classic is now making new dashboards for 911s and will sell you one for about $1,300(USD). That’s not exactly cheap, but nothing about owning a Porsche is affordable. The dash is an exact replacement for the original and the windshield does have to be removed from the car to install it. Dashboards are available for 1969-1975 911s.
