Only 200 BMW M4 DTM Champion Edition Cars to Be Made

BMW has unveiled a very limited edition version of the M4 called the BMW M4 DTM Champion Edition. The premium performance model is designed to celebrate the 2016 DTM championship title won by Marco Wittmann. There will be just 200 of these limited edition cars made, and each of them will pack 500 hp, 69 hp more than a stock M4.

The engine also makes 442 lb-ft. of torque, a 37 lb-ft upgrade. The car is offered only in Alpine White and has graphics to look like the DTM racing car livery. It also gets a front splitter, aero flicks in front of the wheels, side skirt attachments, a rear diffuser, and a large rear wing.

Inside the car are a pair of M Carbon bucket seats covered in leather and Alcantara. It also has a special M Sports steering wheel. There is no back seat in this car and it appears to be fitted with racing harnesses and a roll cage inside. The car is available right now for 148,500 euros in Germany, about the equivalent of $165,000 US dollars.
