2018 Ford Focus RS Limited-Edition Limited to 1500 Units

Ford has announced a new limited-edition version of the Focus RS called simply enough the 2018 Ford Focus RS Limited-Edition. The car will be limited to only 1,500 units for the US and Canada. Ford says that this will be the last chance for fan to get hands on “this generation” of the RS, which begs the question “what’s next for the RS?”

While the engine in the limited edition is the same 350hp 2.3L EcoBoost used in the standard RS, this model gets a mechanical limited-slip differential from Quaife. It comes in Race Red or Nitrous Blue both with gloss black roof and mirror caps. The rear spoiler is also in mirror black finish with blue RS logos on the side wings. 19-inch painted forged alloy wheels are included as well.

RS2 Package equipment is standard too, with black leather Recaro seats, heated front seats with 8-way power drivers controls, a heated steering wheel, heated exterior mirrors, and voice activated NAV.

The cars will be split with 1,000 units destined for the US and 500 for Canada, with pricing unannounced. Expect to pay WAY over sticker for one of these if you can find one.
