World’s Fastest Toyota Supra Bests Itself

The Supra is one of the most popular cars among tuners, so it’s not unusual to see these old Toyotas beefed up with all kinds of performance mods. But I can definitely say that I’ve never seen a Supra hit 240mph. But that’s exactly what’s going on with Ekanoo’s highly-modded “Outlaw” Supra, which is so powerful that it managed to do the 1/4 mile in just 6.05 seconds. That’s nearing dragster territory, folks. The amped-up Supra bested its previous time of 6.15 seconds, and a 230.2mph time.

The record speed was achieved during the Bahrain National Drag Racing Championship, with driver Gary White behind the wheel. Check out the video above to see this insane Supra work its magic on the drag strip. Just don’t blink, or you might miss it.
