Aston Martin Vulcan Gets Teased in Video

Aston Martin is clearly the best bespoke brand that also blends muscle car DNA into its cars. With cars like the badass V12 Vantage S and the One-77, they clearly care as much about power as they do about style. Now, they’ve one-upped themselves with a track beast known simply as the Vulcan. Though we don’t really know anything about the car except for the fact that it’s a Le Mans inspired track car that’s meant to go toe-to-toe with the likes of the McLaren P1 GTR and the Ferrari FXX K. Translation, it’s just for ferocious track duties relegated to the rich and powerful.

This means that it will likely gain entry into some of the best tracks on the globe, along with access to an Aston Martin pit crew to manage all the delicious mechanical details. Only 30 car will be made, and every owner wi be able to train and learn via Aston Martin’s driving program. No word on what the costs will be, but it’s definitely North of a million smackers. After all, you can’t be this exclusive for cheap.

The teaser video doesn’t show any details, but the glorious engine note (that sounds not so conspicuously like a roaring V12) is enough to whet our whistles for what will be revealed at the upcoming 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
