The team at Goodwood Road & Racing selected seven vehicles for a video celebrating the best sounding cars of the 2016 Festival of Speed. The competition is fierce. The lineup includes the McLaren P1 LM, the Hepworth GB1 Can-Am car, the Honda Ra 300, Mad Mike Whiddett’s Red Bull turbo Mazda RX-8 drift car, Vaughn Gittin Jr.’s Monster Energy Ford Mustang RTR, Mike Skinner’s NASCAR Toyota Tundra, and the 1975 BMW 3.0 CSL “Batmobile.”

All of the cars selected have epic growls, and it’s hard to pick the best of the bunch. My favorite is the incredible, heavy bass screech of Gittin’s V8 Mustang. Check out the video, and decide which car (or truck) makes the best music to your ears. Be sure to crank up the volume for maximum impact.
