2019 Ford F-150 Raptor Gets New Shocks and Trail Control Tech

Ford is talking up the 2019 F-150 Raptor, and it packs some cool tech to celebrate the new model year. Among its upgrades are Trail Control, a new drive mode designed to give maximum traction off-road. Much like Toyota’s Crawl Control system, Trail control is for low-traction, rugged terrain, and is designed to manage braking and acceleration input, so you can focus on steering. The tech sends power and braking to each individual wheel as needed. Ford also fits the new Raptor with new Fox Racing Shox with live valve technology.

The 2019 Raptor also comes n three new colors: Ford Performance Blue, Agate Black and Velocity Blue, as well as a new, as yet unrevealed interior appearance package. Ford is also now offering Recaro seats, which should provide additional support for high-performance off-road driving.
