Nissan Armada

Nissan has unveiled the updated 2021 Armada. The full-size SUV offers impressive horsepower and towing capacity. The SUV with its 5.6-liter V8 engine paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. The engine makes 400 horsepower and allows the Armada to tow 8500 pounds.

Despite some pretty big challenges in recent years, automaker Nissan is still alive and kicking, and hopes to bring new buyers and loyalists back to the brand as it gradually redesigns its lineup. In the last year, we’ve seen a new Sentra, and know a new Rogue, Pathfinder, and Terrain almost sure bets for 2021.

In preparation for this year’s Overland Expo WEST, Nissan is showing off an exceptionally well kitted-out custom of its already hefty Armada full-size SUV, which we recently reviewed. This very special vehicle was designed based on the wishes of Nissan Trucks‘ social media followers, who provided input on what the design should include, and how it should be wrapped.

It’s no secret that demand for SUVs is higher than it’s ever been, and cars here in the US are passé. But this doesn’t mean that all SUVs are popular. These days, the smaller, sleeker, sometimes cutesy SUVs and crossovers are all the trend.

Online forums aren’t known for being founts of accurate news about coming new car models, but this is an interesting rumor nonetheless. If this supposedly leaked image is to believed, the new Nissan Armada will be moving away from its Titan truck roots.
