The car you see here is one of a complete series commissioned by Aston Martin Cambridge and done up by their customization arm, Q by Aston Martin. There are 24 examples of the car, called the DBS 59, with one for each hour of the 1959 24 hours of Le Mans that Aston drivers took first and second place in.

Seriously, the color on this McLaren Senna is called “Fux Green.” It’s named after the rich dude called Michael Fux who ordered this Senna via McLaren Special Operations. The Fuxing green isn’t actually paint, it’s a carbon fiber body tinted emerald green.

The Smart Fortwo is already a very fuel efficient and green car thanks to its size and tiny engine. For those who want no emissions at all, Smart is set to launch the 2017 Electric Drive version at the 2016 Paris Motor Show.

A few companies out there think the future of green vehicles lies in a 3-wheel design that puts two wheels in front and a single in the rear. One of those firms is Canada’s Electra Meccanica, who recently revealed its Solo 3-wheel EV in production form.

One of the big challenges holding back cars that run on hydrogen fuel cells from the mainstream is the fact that outside of very limited areas, there is no hydrogen refueling infrastructure. Nissan has developed a new fuel cell that doesn’t need a hydrogen infrastructure that may make it easier for fuel cell-powered vehicles to go mainstream.
